Payment Policy

Payments are processed at booking for all new clients. When you contact me to request a session, if the spot is still available, I will add your session to my calendar with the label "Tentative".  I will then reach out to confirm the details with you. Only after confirmation and payment will the session show as "Booked".

Fees

My rates are based on the amount of time I devote to the service, rather than the type of service you receive. There is a Base Rate for each service, however I may request a Travel Fee, if the distance is great. I will communicate this before finalizing your booking. 


Refund Policy

If I Cancel

If your session is canceled at no fault of your own, 100% will be refunded to you.


If You Cancel

I understand that emergencies happen and I will work with you to reschedule, if that is the case.

Barring that, if you cancel your session, the following refund applies:

48 Hours Before = 100%

24 Hours Before = 50%

12 Hours Before = 25%

Less Than 12 Hours Before = No Refund


If You Are Inappropriate

I am a healthcare professional, if you are inappropriate, sexually or otherwise, I will terminate the session immediately and no refund will be provided.
