Payment Policy

Payment in full is due at the time of service. A 50% Deposit Payment will be processed at booking and may be sacrificed, in part or in full, according to the Cancellation Policy. For all Coupon Services, the coupon price will serve as the Deposit Payment.

Fees

My rates are based on the amount of time I devote to the service, rather than the type of service you receive. There is a Base Rate for each service, however I may request a Travel Fee, if the distance is great. I will communicate this before finalizing your booking. 


Refund Policy

If I Cancel

If your session is canceled at no fault of your own, 100% will be refunded to you.


If You Cancel

I understand that emergencies happen and I will work with you to reschedule, if that is the case.

Barring that, if you cancel your session, the following refund applies:

48 Hours Before = 100% of service

24 Hours Before = 50% of service

12 Hours Before = 25% of service

Less Than 12 Hours Before = No Refund


If You Are Inappropriate

I am a healthcare professional, if you are inappropriate, sexually or otherwise, I will terminate the session immediately and no refund will be provided.
