Payment Policy

Payment in full is due at the time of service. A 50% Deposit Payment will be processed at booking and may be sacrificed, in part or in full, according to the Cancellation Policy. For all Coupon/Gift Certificate Services, the coupon/GC will serve as the Deposit Payment.

Insurance

I expect to begin accepting VA Community Care in January 2026. I am working to acquire credentialing with all major insurance companies, but the process is slow. Until I am approved with your insurance provider, you can self-submit for reimbursement. Please ask for assistance with this process.


Refund Policy

If I Cancel

If your session is canceled at no fault of your own, 100% will be refunded to you.


If You Cancel

I understand that emergencies happen and I will work with you to reschedule, if that is the case.

Barring that, if you cancel your session, the following refund applies:

48 Hours Before = 100% of service

24 Hours Before = 50% of service

12 Hours Before = 25% of service

Less Than 12 Hours Before = No Refund


If You Are Inappropriate

I am a healthcare professional, if you are inappropriate, sexually or otherwise, I will terminate the session immediately and no refund will be provided.
